Amprius Technologies produces batteries which, I believe, are critical to the survival of life on this planet. Therefore, should it be worth attempting to protect them from harm?
In an attempt to protect all of us, I believe we must safeguard ourselves from those who would do us harm. The best way that I can think of in this instance, is through voting rights, and attempting to own a majority share of the most critical companies on Earth in order to attempt to safeguard our well-being as much as we can. This is partially why I purchased Amprius Technologies stock, and, inadvertently, some of their warrants for buying stock at a later date (which I was not aware of at the time of purchase). These warrants are contracts for the option of purchasing a company's stock at a later date for a fixed price. In this case, it was $11.50 per share. However, until June 7th, 2024, Amprius has dropped the price to $1.10 per share for these particular warrants. This would allow me to purchase 100,000 shares of Amprius Technologies (AMPX) stock for $110,000 instead of for $1,150,000 later, neither of which sums I currently have. This is why I am asking you for financial help in an attempt to achieve these goals. With your help, and if you agree with my stated goals, we could have more of a say in how this company that is possibly critical to the habitability of life on this planet behaves and/or exists. Any shares purchased with proceeds from this campaign will be held by me for as long as I exist, or for as long as the shares exist, and the shares will not be sold. Any shares purchased with funds from this campaign will only be used for voting purposes, and not for any other purpose, even if Amprius Technologies changed its name or structure. I agree that this document is a contract. The PayPal account that I am using for this campaign is a sole proprietorship business account, but I am currently unable to create another account without a working telephone, which I am currently being prevented from having. This will not effect how any raised money is used. If the goal of $110,000 is not completely raised, including fees, all donations will be returned. This opportunity seems foolish to miss. The technology that Amprius has, seems to me, to be the best available currently, and critical to our survival, and that we can't afford to let Amprius be destroyed.
